Unfortunately there was a black mark on the boots and I have returned them awaiting on a replacement pair.
These boots are great! Good value, very comfortable right from the off, look good, stylish, easy to rinse off the mud etc. So all in all a great buy and quick delivery! Completely waterproof so far! I recommend these boots.
Haven't reseaved them yet
Ordered boots for my mums birthday and got the sizes wrong. Contacted the customer service team and they immediately ordered them be collected and a correct sized replacement was sent out and delivered three days later. Fit perfectly apparently.
