Refund policy

We have a No-Quibble 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start an EXCHANGE please contact us at sales@tweedoutdoor.co.uk. Our Customer Service Team will place a Free of Charge Exchange order on to the system for you, they will also include anything needed for the return of the original product.

Here you can fill in your details required for a return and Royal Mail will then provide a QR code, option to collect or print a return label, all of which are Free of Charge to you. 

PLEASE ENSURE ANY PARCEL SENT BACK, HAS YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND/OR NAME WITHIN SO WE CAN PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

You can also contact us at sales@tweedoutdoor.co.uk. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

A refund or exchange will be processed the next working day after the product has been received back at our warehouse.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be accepted but please expect to add 7-10 days for a refund.

Any order placed outside the UK will need to cover the cost of shipping returns back to the UK. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any order placed outside the UK will need to cover the cost of shipping returns back to the UK. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, as per above process but when emailing for authorisation please out you would like to exchange and for what, so we can turn around the replacement or new product as quickly as possible for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, the refund will be processed by tweed outdoor the next working day of the product being returned to our warehouse.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
