Shipping policy

A) Standard Shipping: Orders before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day and shipped by courier for 3-4 day delivery.

B) Express Delivery: Orders before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day and shipped by courier for next day delivery.  Once the order is processed and with the courier, customers may receive a one-hour time slot predicting the delivery time.  A personalised text message or email may be sent directly to you advising you of the date and time of delivery. As a customer you can also access a suite of in-flight options to rearrange their deliveries to suit your specific needs.

C) Saturday Delivery: Orders before 3pm (Friday) are processed the same same day and shipped by courier for Saturday delivery. Once the order is processed and with the courier, customers may receive a one-hour time slot predicting the delivery time.  A personalised text message or email may be sent directly to you advising you of the date and time of delivery. As a customer you can also access a suite of in-flight options to rearrange their deliveries to suit your specific needs.

For orders under £75, customers will be charged for shipping.  They can select our standard shipping or the express delivery service. 

When customers spend £75 and over, they will receive the standard shipping for free, or can pay for express delivery to receive next working day.

Deliveries normally can take place between 08:00 and 21:00.  

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
