I gave my waterproof flat cap a few outings this Christmas, but on one of them the weather turned nasty (yay!) and I am happy to report that 95% of the rain simply beaded on top of the material and rolled off (remember to fold up your jacket collar - else the water rolls off down your neck)! A few drops had penetrated a bit deeper into the material, but my head stayed dry, and I looked good!
My first order spent 15 days travelling the country thanks to the Post Office. After highlighting the problem Walker & Hawkes sent replacement by first class post and they arrived the following day. I was impressed with the products and their ability to resolve the problem without hesitation.
