I liked these boots so much that I brought same ones in the longer leg as well.
I bought my wife some boots, lovely boots but just too tall for her legs so rubbed at the back of her knee when she tried them on. I thought this was going to be a pain to return, however I was so wrong! I emails saying I wanted to return the boots and did they have something shorter? Will responded and gave me an alternative, a very similar boot but shorter, which he then shipped to me no issues or asking me to send the original boots back first, he sent out the new boots and a returns label, I returned the first set of boots yesterday free of charge and the new ones arrived today, These ones my wife loves! I have to say the customer service here is second to non, I am 53 and in all my years I have maybe only ever had service like this once before but never from a company I hadn't bought from before. Amazing!
The order arrived within 16 hours on standard delivery from Kent to suffolk overnight 👍🏼
I had to make an exchange and Will was quick at responding and had my replacement order out for delivery straight away. All good no complaints
