I bought a wax cap I thought was too big or loose and wanted to exchange it for the size below. They sent me the smaller size at 0 cost with no qalms, without even sending back the original one. They also provided postage label at no cost to me to send back, even though I ordered the wrong size. Excellent service and quick. Store has really great quality clothing at much better prices than equivalent Barbour products, which I swore by for years but they are simply getting too expensive, so I will be using this store from now on for country wear. P.S. I don't expect they send replacement items for wrongly purchased ones for free, if you haven't returned an item first or have an account and purchased before.
