The cap delivered exactly "what it said on the tin”, and I’m very pleased with it. I however, ordered it one size too big, which is surprising because I have a “grosse tête” and can never get hats to fit. However I’m sure that one normal temp machine wash will bring it to see? I will order again, but a size smaller next time. XL rather than 2XL. I have worn it two or three times, so returning really isn’t an option. Unless you know better?

I always knew my husband was a big headed but obviously not as big as the big cap. I had to return it and very efficient was the return and replacement. I cannot recommend this company enough good quality and efficient service.
Ordered a medium cap but unfortunately it was to big , contact customer service and was told no problem would send a small and just send the wine not required free of delivery charges,I was absolutely amazed at the professional advice and return service .New cap came all good quality and price brilliant , would recommend
