I ordered the wrong size but at least it gave me the opportunity to check the quality before reordering.
We thought the quality very good, stitching was well done and the feel of the jacket made us believe it was excellent value for money.
When I emailed to explain the problem and that I needed the size smaller, I was absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service. No questions asked, a return label was sent to me, almost immediately and a replacement ordered and despatched within the same day.
