The Ladies Combrook Shooting Coat from Alan Paine is the best of the best shooting coat. This coat has been cut as a shooting jacket, giving that extra space for movement. Front Raglan and back set in sleeve for ease of movement whilst shooting. Match up with shooting Waistcoat and Cap.

I ordered this jacket not being familiar with this brand. It arrived quite quickly, well packed and feels like a really good quality product. It is true to size with a slightly loose fit which allows a quilted gilet etc underneath. Haven’t used it in the field yet, but walking the dogs, it is warm, with lovely deep pockets and a reassuringly decent weight collar that stands up unlike some other brands. It’s well made with good stitching. I’m 5’5 and struggle to get things to fit. It’s not too long in length and sleeves are ok. It’s a midweight jacket that works well over base layer and jumper but would need a warmer gilet in Winter months.
