I ordered a pair of these for my husband for his birthday. When he tried them on, we discovered he needed a smaller size. I emailed the company to arrange an exchange, and the service was exemplary.
Within 24 hours, a new pair was dispatched and a retur s label emailed for me to return the larger size.
The new boots arrived a few days later, and hubby is very happy. He says they're the warmest, and most comfortable boots hes ever worn.
